Step 1: Combine saffron and kewra water in a bowl.

Step 2 Saute onions and tomatoes for 2-3 minutes
Meanwhile, in a deep bottomed pan, heat refined oil. Once the oil has reached the desired temperature. Sauté for approximately a minute with cumin seeds, bay leaf, green cardamom, black cardamom, and cloves. Then add the chopped onion and cook until it becomes pink.
